If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to us at Cyndi@myfitfridge.com to get started. Eligible returns can be refunded back to your original payment method.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at Cyndi@myfitfridge.com so we can approve your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to ship your item. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
